Rockwood Property Management and Avista Corporation will be working hand in hand through out the month of June with several of our communities to promote energy efficiency. The project will begin at Big Trout Lodge where they will be installing energy efficient light bulbs in all of their apartments, checking the shower heads, and double checking the hot water tanks wiring and plumbing. This is just another way to help save our resident’s money and energy.

This event is to help promote healthy living on all of their luxury apartment locations and throughout the surrounding communities. The run will include children of all ages, along with jumping castles, prizes snacks and games.
